New Patient Consultation - Free
15 minutes
The consultation appointment is for us to meet by phone to briefly discuss your needs and what you can expect with Blue Harmony. We then decide if we are a good fit and move forward to the Initial Evaluation.
Step 2
Initial Evaluation - $200
60-75 minutes
The initial evaluation is specially designed to allow time for a thorough medical and mental health history and review of your current struggles and issues. It includes a preliminary diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
Step 3
Comprehensive Follow-up - $150
50 minutes
The comprehensive follow-up appointment provides extended time to address complex, multiple, or severe issues. This appointment may include counseling, medication adjustments, additional testing, and modifications to your plan.
Step 4
Brief Medication Follow-up - $100
25 minutes
The brief medication follow-up visit is for patients who are stable and doing well on their current medications. We will review your medications and recent testing and discuss any updates and new recommendations for treatment.
